  1. One-on-One Mentoring

This pathway equips you to faithfully invest the core foundations of the Christian faith in others through personal discipleship and intentional, gospel-centered relationships.

How it works:

  1. Complete the CBI One-on-One Mentorship training

  2. Find and disciple one person through the provided discipleship material

  3. Receive endorsements from two ministry leaders

  4. Join the One-on-One Mentoring Team

2. Premarital Mentoring

This pathway equips you to faithfully invest in engaged couples, helping them build a strong, Christ-centered foundation for marriage through intentional, gospel-centered relationships.

How it works:

  1. Complete the CBI Premarital Mentoring training

  2. Find a couple and walk through the provided premarital material

  3. Receive endorsements from two ministry leaders

  4. Join the Premarital Mentoring Team

3. Biblical Evangelism

This pathway equips you to clearly share the gospel, answer common objections, and engage others with truth and love in everyday conversations.

How it works:

  1. Complete the CBI Evangelism training

  2. Pursue three intentional gospel conversations with non-believers

  3. Receive endorsement from two ministry leaders

  4. Join the Evangelism Team

4. Small Group Leadership

This pathway equips you to shepherd a small group by facilitating biblical discussion, cultivating community, and helping others apply God’s Word to everyday life.

How it works:

  1. Complete the CBI Small Group Leadership training

  2. Receive leadership opportunities from your current small group leader

  3. Receive endorsement from two ministry leaders

  4. Be deployed to launch and lead a sermon-based small group

  5. Participate in ongoing quarterly leadership training

5. Biblical Counseling

This pathway equips you to provide wise, compassionate, and Scripture-sufficient care to those facing suffering, sin, and life’s most difficult challenges.

How it works:

  1. Complete ACBC Phase 1 Certification through CBI training

  2. Complete 5 written counseling case studies

  3. Participate in a conversational, in-person theology evaluation

  4. Complete 10 hours of counseling observation (shadowing)

  5. Complete 10 hours of supervised counseling

  6. Receive endorsement from two ministry leaders

  7. Complete training in Biblicare case management software

  8. Be deployed to serve on the Central Church Counseling Team

  9. Participate in ongoing quarterly leadership training
